 December 24, 2011 - 6:49pm | One of my buds wants to get our Star Frontiers Voltrunus adventure going again for Christmas. We have not played in quite a while and one of the blockers for me was that the encounter we were playing used the forest map and AD counters. Well, I lost the counters years ago so I was using paper printed copies of the counter from an excel sheet of counters I found on one of the SF sites. Problem with these is that they are paper thin and hard to pick up or keep in place. A slight wind in the room would blow the counters all over.  December 16, 2011 - 6:54am | There is a lot to thank PGC for in this early period.....it established the Galactic Board of Trade. What is that what does it do? Implication is the Frontier should thank PGC for establishing this, does that mean it is not completely in the PGC pocket? Certainly it is influenced by PGC but if its a good thing like the universal standards of time, currency, and trade language then it cannot be a straight mouth piece for PGC. Naturally the brain then asked how would that play out in the Frontier? Vrusk trade house who's business is racing? Mega corp sponsorship? Vehicles on a team who's job is to interfere with other racers? What's the angle for adventure? Laco Run! One part Death Race, one part Cannon Ball Full, three parts Mad Max , Road Warrior & Thunder Dome, and maybe a little something from George Lucas.
