How do each of the core four celebrate Fathers Day?
    • Humans - much like we do today.
    • Yazirians - not sure, perhaps something about the Ancient Hunt, or replace father with clan and have a Clan Day were those who raised the pups are honored.
    • Vrusk - no such holiday exists
    • Dralasite - no such holiday, but they would use it as an excuse to party and crack jokes at humans.

During tonight's game one of the characters attempted to jump two-and-a-half-meters from a platform onto a staircase. They failed the roll miserably. I ruled they didn't take damage from the fall. They took 1d10 shame from the embarrassment!

Talked to Art last night, looks like he'll be producing Star Frontier tokens for online gaming. Yay!

    Do you have any requests?
I imagine he will have the major races, advasaries, pirates, etc.

    I use these for my fantasy games;

Anyone remember John Carpenter's "In the Mouth of Madness"?
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

Had an idea this morning; post apocalyptic setting ala after humans have disappeared from the earth. Robots are carrying on their own civilization and the PCs are robots. Mysteries and unanswered questions abound related to what has happened in the past. No simple answers there, with multiple causes contributing to the fall of planet earth, and supposed death of humanity.

Are you aware of anyone who is working on an adaptation of Star Frontiers rules for the Savage World Generic RPG System ?

What would a Brave New Frontier look like in the years 150-200 FY?

This is a multi-faceted question embracing:

    Technology

    Business

    Society

    Government

    Media

    Medical advances

    Interstellar relations

    Military

The UPF was organized out of the emergency of the First Sathar War. The first Session of the Council of Worlds saw representatives of most but not quite all worlds represented on the AD map. Space Fleet's mandate as the primary line of defence for this interstellar federation is to keep these systems safe.

Each new world admitted to the UPF increases Space Fleet's area of responsibility and by extension its budget requirements. If the new admission has a strong economy then, in theory it contributes more then it costs the UPF.
