    Ok, ok, ok..

You know me always trying to generate content for the magazine

And this is more or less a rip off of someone else's idea:

    http://www.ragingswan.com/20-things-20-fort-on-the-borderland/

This is a collaboration thread (I'll compile and submit the list to the magazine)

    10 Things on Clarion STation:

    10 Station perosnalities

    10 travellers

    10 Rumors and whispers

    10 sites and sounds (events?)

10 cargoes ready to tranship (self sealing stem bolts need not apply!)

    1. door is malfunctioning. it rapidly opens and closes. requires a tech skill roll to disable then another to fix. any chracter trying to pass through must make a RS ability check or be hit by closing door for 1d5 points of damage.

    2. Door hatch is welded shut for some reason.

    3. Door/ hatch is concealed by a holo screen projector to look like wall/bulkhead.

We had some great suggestions for jewels in the original artifact thread:
    http://www.starfrontiers.us/node/9836

So the order on these articles will be Transportation edition in issue #22

    The the weapons edition

    Visit Port Loren Public library

and last of all is the jewels edition which should probably be on Clarion and take in the Crown Jewels of Clarion as well.

Any of the stolen jewels like the Star of White Light will be exhibited via hologram.

maybe some fine paintings? or fine vrusk statues?

Its on the Port Loren map

The orginal Artifacts level treasure thread had some artifact documents:
    http://www.starfrontiers.us/node/9836

so I figure lets make the Special Collection at the Port Loren Public Library something special. filled with rare hardcopy documents.

What if the PLPL was the defacto "Library of Congress" for the Frontier?

900 years ago the Sathar raided and for all intents and purposes destroyed the Eorna civilization on Volturnus.

Since that time the Eorna , believing they faced extinction have pursued endeavors in bio-engineering to raise up a replacement species.

What if the origin of Sathar engineering began with their appropriating Eorna technology?

    A time honored TV/movie troupe-
The unlikely team up- FBI agent and Smithsonian scientist, American cop in London with a British cop, even NCIS got in on it and stayed in on it with a member of the team being first Secret Service, then Mossad, then NSA IIRC.

So who is teaming up in the Frontier Holovids? Or on RPG teams?

Star Law and Royal Marines, Space Fleet and the MSO, what about Ground Fleet, corporate security, a member of the Zenk, exploration service veteran, Fo1 Inquisitor or priest?

This is an idea and discussion thread for playing the "badies" from their point of view. No doubt this will develop into project threads too. So this is about developing play opportunities for Sathar and friends of Sathar. Also races who might not get along with anyone. A race  can be an enemy to the Sathar and the Core 4. TSR took a nuetral PC species made them evil so to speak in a non alignment based game.

I think this is a critical question just what equipment is on the Assault scout as standard load out.

for example I think there is at least one insuit (KHs equipment for radiation exposure) for the engineer but 2 seems probable so that there is a spare. purpose in KHs is for overhaul and refuel of the atomic engines but you never know when the evil referee will trot out those leaking nuclear batteries refered to in AD.

Alright I'm wrestling with what stats to apply to Clarion station for a scenario.

The only hard station stats we have are for Space Fortresses, Fortified space stations and armed space stations. KHs campaign game 2nd Sathar War lists the stats and identifies where such types stations are.
But Clarion Station is not identified as one of these.

Stuff like this happens in real world cities; would you use it or something different in your future setting?
