![]() March 6, 2020 - 2:48pm | setting aside the "official" position of Star Frontiers existing in a galaxy different from Earths Imagine a "Return to Sol" my return to Sol would probably be mystery and horror themed space canibals, xenomorphs, alien hunters, a system destroyed and laid waste through hubris of man, ecological disaster, war and alien meddling. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

This is going to get complicated real fast so if you want to check my math, here is the source material. http://www.gardensofeden.org/04%20Crop%20Yield%20Verification.htm OK, doing the math using the average yield per acre (10.621). One acre can feed four people per year (10,621/2660=3.99) using 1992 figures. |
![]() February 25, 2020 - 7:37am | A Deal with the Devil- its a common figure of speach but also makes a great title for an encounter or adventure. In Star Frontiers the word Devil almost automatically invokes the infamous Star Devil. So what sort of deal would/could be made with the Star Devil? EDIT: Alternate use of the phrase- A Devil of a Deal I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
![]() February 17, 2020 - 12:59pm | I've finished most of the booklet, its sitting at about 24 pages. Deckplans are included. I'm going to post a PDF later on today. This is so the forum can take a look and make comments. I know I'm missing stuff and probably need help with editing. (I bought a program called Ginger to help with my grammar.) The PDF will be in Deck Plans if you wish to read it in about an hour. |
![]() December 12, 2019 - 6:16am | Vrusk comprehension- ability to read social interactions or to put it differently to read people. Not the same as dralasite lie detection which requires and outright lie and spoken communication. can be leveraged for poker, casino security, loss prevention officer, school resource officer. the key here is that the vrusk is reading people to identify problems and head them off So over all archetype? Vrusk Security Specialist? I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
![]() December 8, 2019 - 2:12pm | Traveled to Orono to see stepson & daughter sing in the University Singers. So wondering about choral traditions in the Frontier? Would it be too much to create a Yazirian Temple Chior? The yaz love to sing and singing probably plays a part in worship for the Fo1 so.... I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

![]() October 6, 2019 - 5:03pm | I've been going to school for testing for the CDL license and a significant portion of the testing is Pre trip check of the tractor trailer. Inspecting or checking for safety equipment, steering, braking, engine components, paper work, structural issues on the trailer, lights, wheels, drive train, fifth wheel, fuel and batteries and more. Rumor has it that the State of NH is twice as anal about testing as the state of Maine. And I know that some drivers will tell you they havent done a pre trip since they tested for their CDL so its not 100% mandatory but can be a good idea. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
