Because I was bored, I made up some media companies and programs/franchises.  A couple I posted to Malcadon's wiki.  Most are only here (at least for now).  There is no order to any of these, I just did them as they came to me:

Does anyone have an explanation for the weird little dogleg in the map route from Zebulon to Capella (as shown in Zeb's)? Does this actually represent a two-jump journey?

    Or.... dralasite outpost on Earth?
(A Google search will turn up a host of cool pics).

I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

The population codes for planets given in the Star Frontiers game – both the Advanced and Zebulon’s Guide – are fairly simple. They give a referee a lot of leeway in describing the different worlds and really isn’t broken.

On the pro side, that is desirable because you can have a Frontier that fits your image of the game. Though, when compared to some other game systems, notably Traveler, SF’s population codes are a bit vague.

The four classic SF population codes are:

How do you hand cuff a dralasite?

My suspicion is dralasites adapted their criminal justice system to the capabilities of their shape shifting physiology. Cells might have been holes in the floor with a grate that locked down over the opening.

I would argue that the "Dark Side of the Moon" module is one of the best Star Frontiers adventures out there, at least from the aspect of playing up the tensions of the UPF society without needing to resort to Sathar hiding under every rock. It really brings out he potential and real conflicts that can happen between Humans and Vrusk... and you would think there would have been early trouble between the Humans and the warrior Yazarians before the First Sathar War or at least before the Pan Galactic Corporation helped smooth over relations between the Core Four races.

About the only thing said about the plague systems after the disease burned itself out is that they are under permanent quarentine and "any ship spotted leaving the system is to be destroyed".

Firstly, I assume they actually meant "any ship spotted leaving the planet..."  Spacefleet simply wouldn't have the resources to interdict an entire star sysem at the tech level assumed for the Frontier. Furthermore, simply passing through the system wouldn't expose a ship to any possible sources of contamination.

I was trolling though Game Talk looking for interesting stuff and I stumbled across a thread where someone had cadged a list of the degrees of sentience from another game.  It covered everything from mindless insect drones through non-human intelliegences such as gorilla and elephant up to human level.

Like an idiot I didn't bookmark it so I could find it again.  Does anyone remember this thread?  Search-fu has failed me.

Yes, I'd like a little feedback on the section below regarding the infamous bap bins from Zebulon's.

I've been tinkering with some alterations to the Matter Transferal Devices skill.
