Code of Hum is an honor code observed by all humma. They live and die by this code.
its called Krokrik which also translates literally as The Warrior's Bound

it enshrines their feudal obligations to their elders, ie. their house and lineage and the humma king, the Highest One. It has precepts like "Today is a good day to die." and others that tell a humma what it means to be humma and how he should act.

The Captain's Credo: is not as formal as the Code of Hum. it is a sort of guide line for Captains of the Capella Free Merchants.

My note belongs in another thread but you got me thinking.

Humma and yazirians have mixed feelings towards each other.
Some yazirians simply give a nod of approval but would never call them brother, unless they become part of the clan. Other yazirians would feel superior, they are better in a fight, have a life-enemy - a purpose for living. Others would hold humma in respect and swap stories, share fighting techniques or even crafting special racial weapons.

what tangent thread? I can see this, and maybe a small splinter missionary group, off the family of one tradition, could try to set up a remote monestary to teach the 'unenlightend young ones'. Hoping to gain a native ally, and out of some sense of obligation to the frontier society for welcoming them into the interstellat community. Call the monestary, the "Power of One D'Ao'dxo" (Duh.Aeoh.dsho)

Here is one..

Kzt'Iti'Sx'sz: An ancient Vrusk code of obligatory consideration by cognizant entities, pertaining to personal and interpersonal resource management, and interchangeable logistics negotiation, for mutual prosperity during universal progression, with a schema of convergence patterns of reduced benifit, that viglant observation maintains against, and recomendations for avoidance techniques to be implemented in alleviating their influence.
The popular derivative philosophy is sumerized as; "Mantain incomplex phenomenon arrangements, shortsighted unthinking insensate."
It is said that secret hives train individual Vrusk to hide within society and ensure adherance to the code is maintained, others say this is just a tale used as negative behavior reinforcment on fourth stage development. These mythical consuetude Vrusk are called the Dzing'Ois'tik (?d????????z?t?k), and are attributed with advanced martial techniques.

Maybe I should have kept it simpler? I'm stupid.... hope the efficancy ninja dont' come after me....

Oh humans!! Innocent We discover a galactic community filled with multiple species of aliens, and the first thing we think about is "how can we have sex with them?".
