![]() February 5, 2010 - 7:22pm | Been some discussion in the WTOC bail on star wars thread and I wanted to get some discussion just focused on this issue. 1. Do we need an analogue to Dungeon Magazine? something to stand side by with SFman but just focused on adventures & mini modules or a full fledged module each issue. 2 if we need or want an Adventure magazine then what should we call it? Terl Obar has suggested Frontier Adventures which is also the name of an Alaskan travel agency but probably not a problem. Any other good names? I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

January 27, 2010 - 9:31am | How does everyone see and use PGC? I see it as "the Company" or "Massive Dynamics" (from Fringe). They are pervasive, they are everywhere, and they seem helpful and decent but have some very secret, hidden agenda. Does this fit with other folks' vision of the PGC, or do you handle them differently? Long live the Frontier! |
![]() January 20, 2010 - 11:08am | I've been gone a while, busy with work and come back to see SF #13 online - yay! I saw this article and thought of you all - enjoy! “When crushed by a crab claw, the outer layer cracks but that's all part of the plan. The cracks are tiny and jagged. They dissipate the energy from the attack and prevent larger cracks from forming - those could cause the entire shell to shatter. The tough iron minerals can also grind and erode the crab's claw - it's a defense that also weakens the attacker's weapon.” -Andrew |
