I had to call an audible and cancel one set of plans with my kids and we went yo see this last Saturday.

I liked it. Let me say that my opinion is that Rogue One is the best Star Wars movie since episode 4 or A New Hope or whatever its called now. The prequel trillogy and this latest one kind of suck. But the one shot movies they are making are spot on. I'd rate Solo as 3rd best Star Wars movie but would not argue with anyone insisting Empire Strikes Back is.

Star Frontiers offers a plethora ... um, abunance, the orginal meaning of plethora means many bad things... an abundance of defensive suits and screens for all flavors and occasions. This does match the real world as we don't have one protective suit for all kinds of conditions.

In many cases, the equipment is well-defined, but in others it is not.

So, let's look at some of the game's miscellaneous protective gear and equipment.

Just bought 3 of the hot wheels starship line Star Destroyers. They are about 3 or so inches long and come with a nice flight stand. Clearly star destroyers dont work in the KHs game per se but the mini certainly fits it size wise.

So tentatively I'm calling them mechanon ships. Planet Destroyer class has a nice ring to it IMO.

Havent thought about stats yet but certainly 12 or more fighters would be a possibility.

Okay I changed the Bladder Rat to something I think is better and more like what I envissioned and updated for FS as my first stab at creature making in that system... no art for it yet.

I like the section on critter making in the RH.

Came across my copy of M1 Blizzard Pass today and it got me thinking about solo STar frontier or Frontier Space adventures.

Clearly the challenges for an adventure will need to be tailored to the character. For example a Roboticist PC needs robotic challenges not so much combat. where as a miliary PC will engage in combat more readily.

So the question is how to craft an adventure.

A number of older animated and other shows can be found on YouTube uploaded BY their rights holders that might be useful for Star Frontiers players to mine for ideas.  Several of the Filmation series are among that number. Bravestarr, for example, is an excellent potential setting.

Back story: I'm running Keep on the Borderlands with my daughters on Saturday visitation. They are playing an elf and a halfling Basic D&D characters.

So Im curious how you all might have modified or embellished the module when you played it?

This just needs to have more passengers and perhaps some shrouds for the props. Well, and to be a lot faster. The YouTube video is interesting: http://www.iflscience.com/technology/aerial-drone-nails-its-human-test-flights-and-looks-awesome/
