A question about submissions

Okay I'm working on another article for submission to the magazine (someone's gonna get tired of this phrase) that deals with creatures of the Frontier, I'm wondering though if after I submit them to the mag, and if they appear in the mag should I then post them here, or is there some high tech wizardry involved which will add them to this project, and maybe the Wiki too?

I won't post them here or even in my own project until after the SFman runs them if they choose to since as w00t says, the magazine comes first but I want to know about afterwards so I know what to do. Oh and the same goes for the races I'll be submitting too right?

The Magazine, sf.us and the sfman wiki are three separate areas for content. After the article appears in the magazine it will eventually find it's way to the sfman wiki, but not to this site, (unless someone posts it).

I might have changed my mind on submitting to the magazine first, then posting on this site. If you post on this site first there are only a handful of readers, and much less in the projects section (remember that unless your a member of a project, you will not see posts in the Front Page or What's New tab). So I don't have a problem with it. Smile I think I was worried about ppl complaining that the magazine was just a copy of this site. Yell

What posting here does is allow you to get feedback on your article, after all this is a development site.

Post Away!

jedion, Terl, any thoughts?

I submitted the article already, detailing six new Frontier animals from White Light so at some point in the future, they will grace this project. I want the Sfman to get first dibs on them and maybe by using them to showcase the kind of work being done in this project it'll lure more people here.

I edited the article for Issue 17 due out in Feb 2011, fyi.
We have another submission for creatures for 16.
This is one area we lack in the magazine; creatures.

Great submission, I'll try to get some images put together.
