Adventures in the expanded Frontier

I know that some of you have downloaded the sample adventure I wrote for the game, and aside from being curious as to what you guys thought of them, I have a couple of ideas for how I want to produce adventures for this system.

One thing I'm going to do is adapt the various canon adventures to the new system, but they will not be straight translations, they will be adapted for the alternate timeline I've devised for the game, and will not jump around in time, they will take place in some order in the present.

My second idea is to create a series of books containing short scenarios detailing a certain avenue of heroic life in the Frontier, with adventures geared towards that specific type of character. This would be kind of like the various Traveller books, but instead of detailing a profession, the books would contain 20 or so short adventures for that type of character.

I then want to create several linked campaign adventures detailing certain Frontier altering events which can be used as the framework for a specific idea I have towards what will happen to the Frontier over a span of 100 years. these adventures will be separate from the other adventures and the events therein do not have to happen if the administrator doesn't want them to, so any "Core" material will not reference these events.

The first campaign scenario of course will deal with the great Sathar War. This all out war will either strengthen the UPF or destroy it, and may radically change the geography of the expanded Frontier.

Lastly I was thinking that there should be several scenario books with maybe ten or so generic scenarios that can provide an evenings worth of adventuring fun without having far reaching consequences.

So what do you guys think?

"Hey guys, I think it's friendly." -Famous last words
"You go on ahead, I'll catch up." -Famous last words
"Did you here that?" -Famous last words

I like the idea of making adventures based or a little different than the canon adventures.

A series of related books containing short stories is a great idea. Writing a "living frontier" type book is awesome.
