I can't find any information on this race. It's like staring me in the face but does not compute!
Please clue me in!

Ah why were you looking for them? Just want to know if there is something in particular you needed. Just remember they are one race with three distinct ethic groups.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

I'm helping jedion with a time line project and realized this race was not stated out. I guess its up to the Referee.

Yeah, there isn't alot of detail on them.  Just the three paragraphs on their physical apperance and then the description of the system history and background.  Plus the bits and pieces scattered throughout the modules (SFKH4 The War Machine).

Wow vegetarian wookies in Star Frontiers that pass out under high G forces- guess they dont produce many fighter jocks.

I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

Time for a re-make. I wouldn't mind three different stats for wookies in SF. The ones on Snowball would be most wookies-like.

Wow, the Mhemne. I only remembered 'something' about the race after I saw your post title. It was probably the reference to them passing out easily that helped my mind forget them initially. They seem like a hairy race of Doctor Smiths (Lost In Space) IMO.

THIN human wookies.

Kind of a poorly done race.  However, not a total disaster.  They were *adequate* in the Beyond The Frontier series of modules - which was actually a very cool series.

That capture the ship scenario was just awesome.

One thing there is an article about them in the Star Frontiersman. Not really them but the Gunships they developed after the war. Of course those Gunships have the highest ADF/MR in the game. Not sure why a race which passes out at 2Gs would make ships which can do 7Gs but it is something to go on.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

Only Issue 3 and 12 mention the Mhemne but nothing about ships.

They are on special this week so hurry up and check it out.

Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

Ahh, there is a misspelling in the article, that's why I missed it.

 Mhneme != Mhemne

Rat,
According to Will, the crew has "special anti-g flight suits with gelpadding and exoskeletons". I guess the UPF or Corps capitalized on this new space-age race and helped them develop cutting-edge technology.

Thought it was something like that. Hopefully they aren't to uncomfortable with all that hair they have.

Like humans serving the military, mhemne shave their hair very short. Imagine getting "clean the anti-g suits" as punishment!
