October 18, 2007 - 7:18pm | As long as the images are able to be hotlinked (they don't end up blocked out by the host account) and are owned by the member, hotlinking should be encouraged. As for ImageShack going out of business, I don't see it. They've been around for years now and are going strong and getting stronger. I'd imagine it's a service that will be around a long, long time, especially since they're the leader in image hosting. |
 October 25, 2007 - 2:54pm | Didn't realize there was a pic file host feature here. But +1 on the imageshack bit, they've been around for a while and their file hosting never sems to go away. One of the play-by-post games I'm involved in was started by a guy that passed away, and it's been over a year now and his original files are still being hosted there via imageshack. |
