![]() March 28, 2018 - 7:07pm | I've got at least a preliminary version of the new site up and running on a test server. If you want to test it out and play around with it while I'm working on adding features, feel free. Right now it just has log in and forum capabilities. It's a pretty blank slate at this point. I'm trying to basically match the styling of this site but there will be some differences. I'll be slowly working on it over the coming weeks. Next up to try to tackle setting up the projects functionality. That will be the hardest part Ad Astra Per Ardua! ![]() March 27, 2018 - 10:17am | First question regarding development of the new site: Does anyone use the Guestbook feature? Would there be any tears shed if that feature didn't appear in the new site? Sound off below. Ad Astra Per Ardua! December 7, 2017 - 2:37pm | Here's a snippet of a bug I can see on any page of this site. Some of these error messages are longer than others. All involve having to scroll down past them to get to the forums: |
May 27, 2017 - 6:49pm | In the various projects the "add content" feature is gone for the Documents section, up to and including the ones I am manager of. |
April 10, 2017 - 8:57pm | Is HTTPS broken on the site? When I click on the login or register link to login it comes up without security. I'm leery of passing mh password through an open http connection. -iggy |
December 30, 2016 - 10:09pm | It's bad enough I can't post links without resorting to the dial-up grade text editor for the sheer sake of having something that works for anyone reading my posts, but now my entire posts are disappearing? That was one of those custom built things that Bill made that would not just translate through an upgrade to the Ad Astra Per Ardua! ![]() November 4, 2016 - 3:26pm | There have been some issues uploading files recently or having files that were uploaded strangely corrupted. I think I tracked down at least part of the issue. The disk that holds all the data was full. I've cleared off a bit of space and will be adding some more (it a virtual machine so really easy) but the site might go off-line for a bit when I make the switch. Ad Astra Per Ardua! August 16, 2016 - 9:39am | Why am I getting a huge (sometimes 2 foot long) listing of user warning( )marked as crashed and should be repaired Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go? |
April 24, 2016 - 5:13pm | re: in the upper left under the member avatar activity section. The option to view current post activity in the forums is gone. If an older thread is resurrected we will have no way of knowing about a new post short of hunting down every old thread we ever participated in. The feature was particulalry useful with project discussions away from the main board. |
