This is the third Rulebooks for the Universal Roleplaying system and offers a wealth of new materials to expand the scope of the URS system.

As with any rules set being distributed by this project they are being distributed free of charge to any member under the conditions that they are for private home use, and no profit is ever to be made from them. This and all rules sets in this system are not an attempt to gain profits from the owners of any copyrights that may be referenced.
