This is the second of the Core Rulebooks for the Universal Roleplaying system and covers all the information that Administrators may find useful for creating campaign models for this system. The Rules are written for a modern day setting, where the Star Frontier (URS) rules are geared towards the future.

As with any rules set being distributed by this project they are being distributed free of charge to any member under the conditions that they are for private home use, and no profit is ever to be made from them. This and all rules sets in this system are not an attempt to gain profits from the owners of any copyrights that may be referenced.
