Changes to the TOC

Refer to: Contents.

One of the annoying things about the paper-back AD book and the remastered version is the fact it's hard to find things like Punching Score, IM stuff that is burried between TOC headers. It seems one place has the modifires and another place has now to determine your RW score.

So...I would like to expand the TOC but not sure if we should make any changes that might effect people using the book and the Document.

Should the PDF and Document match?
-OR-
Should we have the ability to update the TOC? (Nothing else should change in the rest of the core AD stuff)

thoughts?

Sounds like you don't need a TOC you need an Index.  If a rule is discussed in several locations, not under a single heading, then its entries would be found in an index.  A TOC is just a table of headings.

What is the best way to build an index?
With anchors?

...neccessary but a lot of work.

Yeah, I'm doing anchors in my project for skills lists, references, and the Index I'll be building. I also will be putting anchors on my tables to be located from the Index, references, and the table list.
